Scott Sagrilla
FOUNDER
Scott graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has 30+ years of experience selling and servicing pumps, mechanical seals, and expansion joints. He thrives on being the point person for system audits, troubleshooting, and cost savings ideas and programs.
Scott resides in Columbus, OH with his wife and two children. In his spare time you may find him at the golf course or cheering on the Buckeyes.

Landry Bates
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Landry graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Sales & Marketing. He joined iS3 in February 2024, bringing 15 years of experience servicing industrial customers with a focus on mechanical seals, pumps, valves, and expansion joints. He enjoys partnering with customers to increase plant reliability while decreasing overall operating costs.
Landry resides in Greenwood, IN with his wife and three children. In his spare time, he's an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
